Cancellation Policy
We’re so excited to show you the BERNINA 990! Because demo appointments are limited and prepared just for you, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or don’t show, we may require a new appointment request before rebooking so we can keep demo times available for friends who are ready to come in. How to cancel/reschedule: Please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email, and we’ll take care of you.
