Step 1: Complete Your Introductory Guide Series
Your first three Janome Guide Classes are complimentary and must be completed within 90 days of your machine purchase.
These classes provide the foundation you'll need to confidently operate your machine and explore its features.
Step 2: Continue Learning for Life
Once your introductory three-class series has been completed within the 90-day onboarding period, future Janome Guide Classes remain complimentary for the life of your machine ownership.
Need More Time?
Customers who begin their guide classes after the initial 90-day period are always welcome to attend. Standard class tuition will apply.
Why the 90-Day Time Frame?
We've found that customers are most successful when they attend their guide classes shortly after bringing their machine home.
The sooner you learn your machine's features, the sooner you'll feel confident using it and enjoying everything it can do.
This approach also helps us maintain regularly scheduled classes that provide a better experience for all machine owners.

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 3 business days before class in accordance with our standard cancellation policy.
To keep complimentary education available for all machine owners, repeated no-shows (3 or more) may result in temporary suspension of complimentary class.
