Here's how to reserve your spot:

Register for your class – Select your preferred date and complete registration (a special coupon code exclusive to you was given at time of purchase)

Confirm 48 hours before – We'll send a reminder; just reply to confirm your attendance

Attend and enjoy! – Show up ready to learn and master your machine
Can't make it?
No problem! Cancel at least 3 business days before class per our standard cancellation policy. We just ask that you honor your commitment so we can keep class sizes small and give every student the attention they deserve.
Our Commitment Policy: We understand life happens! However, to ensure our complimentary classes remain available to all customers, repeated no-shows (3 or more) may result in temporary loss of complimentary privileges for 6 months.
After that period, your lifetime benefits are fully restored.
Janome Class Policies
All JANOME Excellence classes are held at our Ashburn studio.
Please bring your machine, power cord, foot control, and any accessories mentioned in the confirmation email.
We recommend machines from current or recent model years for best instruction, though we'll do our best to support older models.
Registration closes one week prior to class date.
Classes require a minimum of 4 students. See our full class cancellation policy on our website.
