Visible mending is the answer.
Instead of hiding imperfections, we highlight them with artful stitching and creative patchwork. In this 2-hour workshop, you will learn how to repair clothing using decorative stitches and modern mending techniques that look intentional, stylish, and wonderfully personal.
You will have the chance to browse through our curated collection of mending patterns from Approved Textiles and choose one that suits your garment and style. Select your thread colors, choose a patch, and make your piece your own.
Bring something you are ready to revive. Jeans, shirts, tote bags, or a sentimental fabric piece are all welcome. We will lead you step by step from pattern placement…
