About the event
This class is for all sewists who are new to using the rotary cutter and rulers. This is one of a series of skill building classes that will jump start you sewing all kinds of projects.Â
First, we will jump into all the safety measures of using a rotary cutter and ruler for cutting fabric. Rotary cutters have a sharp blade and there are best practices that will make using it a safe experience.Â
We will also discuss all those lines on the ruler, how to use them, and how to maximize the number of pieces to be cut from various amounts of fabric.Â
