Jump Into Sewing Series: Intro To Zippers

Have you been wanting to learn how to sew? Want to make cool things that will be the envy of all your friends? Or, maybe you learned to sew in school, but need a refresher so you can make some awesome things that you’ve been seeing all over social media! This class is for YOU! This is one of a series of skill building classes that will jump start you sewing all kinds of projects. 

Never sewn a zipper before? No problem! In this class, we’ll make a removable pillow cover with a zipper-back opening. Once you learn how, you can create a collection of covers to change with the seasons - or whenever you want to switch up your decor! During this class students will have successfully made a zippered-back pillowcase. 

**This class is designed for beginners, but knowledge of using a sewing machine is necessary. It is recommended that students have taken Machine Basics at Sew Magarbo, OR know how to use a sewing machine. Students will work at their own pace during class using studio machines.
