Looking for the perfect beginner sewing project? Join us for a beginner-friendly class where you'll stitch up a stylish placemat with a built-in silverware pocket! May you be brand new to sewing or need a fun refresher, this project is the perfect way to practice straight stitching, hemming, and working with fabric layers—all while creating something practical and cute for your table. Impress your guests at your next gathering.
This class is designed for BEGINNERS who have been dabbling with basic sewing projects here and there. Not for someone without sewing experience. It is recommended that students have taken Machine Basics at Sew Magarbo, OR know how to use a sewing machine. Students will work at their own pace during class using studio machines.
