About the event
Dive into a fun, no-rules class that explores the magic of color! We’ll start with an engaging discussion on color theory, focusing on using the color wheel and how hues, values, and contrasts can transform your quilt designs. We'll also talk about ways to discover new color palettes. Then, it's time to put that knowledge to the test! Using improvisational techniques, you'll create several unique blocks—no patterns, no rigid rules, just freeform, creative play. Best of all, this class will be offered monthly, with each session featuring a new improv technique and fresh discussions on color theory, so there's always something new to learn and explore. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to experiment, trust their instincts, and explore new possibilities in fabric.
