Blooming Stitches

Join us at Sew Magarbo to learn Mega skills while making a Mini quilt. 

Over the course of 3 classes, we will tackle various techniques introduced in the Blooming Stitches mini quilt. Students will add new skills to their resume and finish classes with a beautiful "blooming" table topper which alternatively can be hung on the wall. *Binding will be completed at home.

Students will work at their own pace on studio provided sewing machines. Homework may need to be completed between classes. 

You will learn:

• Precision piecing
• Applique 
• Mitered corners
• Machine quilting

Materials needed:

• List is found in email when registered
• Pattern is included
• Fabric kit included (Different than pictured. See store sample for exact fabrics.)
• We provide the sewing machine!

SKILL LEVEL:

Confident Beginner - Intermediate> refer to skill level guide

Must know how to....

• Use rotary cutter and ruler
• Use a sewing machine
• Sew a straight line

Classes will meet on the following Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30pm:

• September 6
• September 13
