About the event
Some aprons hold more than flour and thread—they gather memories, laughter, and the gentle comfort of home. Maybe you remember a loved one tying one on before baking, or you’re hoping to start a new tradition of your own. The simple act of making an apron can be a gift to yourself and those you cherish.
In this class, you’ll create an adjustable cross-back apron using Essex yarn dyed linen, pre-cut and ready for you to begin. No need to worry about gathering supplies or measuring fabric—we’ve taken care of every detail, so you can focus on the joy of making. Step by step, you’ll shape, sew, and finish your apron, adding pockets and personal touches along the way. You’ll find encouragement, stories, and new friends in our cozy studio as you stitch something truly meaningful.
This class welcomes everyone, from first-time sewists to those returning for a new memory.
