Cancellation Policy

Your Stitch-Up Session is reserved just for you, and we prep the studio so you get the most out of your time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that spot to another friend. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice (or no-shows) may require a new appointment request before rebooking. How to cancel/reschedule: Reach out as soon as you can by phone or email, and we’ll help you find a new time.
