Cancellation Policy

Deposit, Payment Schedule, and Booking • A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to reserve your date. • Your party is not booked until the deposit is paid. • The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to the party date. • If booked within fourteen (14) days of the event, full payment is due at booking. Cancellations, Weather, and Unforeseen Circumstances • Deposits are non-refundable. • Client cancellations made fourteen (14) days or more prior to the event may reschedule once, subject to availability. • Cancellations within fourteen (14) days of the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. • No-shows and late arrivals do not qualify for refunds or time extensions. Weather & Force Majeure: If severe weather or other unforeseen conditions (including snowstorms, flooding, power outages, government closures, or official travel advisories) make travel unsafe or prevent the Studio from opening, the event will be rescheduled or a studio credit will be issued. Studio credits must be used within six (6)months. Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations. Studio Cancellation: If Sew Magarbo must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control (including instructor illness, emergencies, or facility issues), the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
