About the event
Have you been wanting to learn how to sew? Or, maybe you learned to sew in school, but need a refresher so you can make some awesome things that you’ve been seeing all over social media! This class is for YOU! This is class ONE of a series of skill building classes that will jump start you sewing all kinds of projects.
We will start our sewing adventure by learning about the anatomy of a sewing machine and its basic stitches and functions. After getting comfortable with the sewing machine, we’ll jump right into sewing and make a pocket pincusion - the perfect project for any new sewist.
This class is designed for beginners, and no knowledge of using a sewing machine is necessary. Students will work at their own pace during class using studio machines. Students are welcome to use their own machine. We just asked that it is good working…
