T-shirt Quilt Workshop

Join our T-Shirt Quilt Class, where we'll guide you through each of the steps in creating a quilt that will preserve those memories.

👕 Preserve Your Memories: Each t-shirt holds a unique story, cherished friendships, unforgettable events, and much more. We'll show you how to repurpose your treasured t-shirts into a fabulous quilt that preserves those memories and turns them into a functional work of art.

🧵 Learn Essential Skills: Our skilled instructor will walk you through the essentials of sewing, cutting, and piecing together your quilt. 

🏆 Showcase Your Achievement: At the end of the workshop, you'll proudly display your finished t-shirt quilt, a tangible representation of your growth and creativity. 

*Students must have prior knowledge of how to use a sewing machine and be able to use a sewing machine on their own OR have taken our Machine Basics class.

This class is offered as a 3-Day Workshop:

• Thursday, January 11, 2024; 11:00am-2:00pm
• Thursday, January 18, 2024; 11:00am-2:00pm
• Thursday, January 25, 2024; 11:00am-2:00pm

Skills taught: 

• How to prepare t-shirts 
• How to sew t-shirts together to make a quilt top
• How to make a quilt backing
• How to machine quilt and self-bind your quilt

What's Included: 

• Students will have access to studio sewing machines and tools needed to complete the t-shirt quilt
