Mini of the Month: Orange Peels

March's Monthly Mini is all about the Orange Peel. In this class you’ll learn a unique technique to create an orange peel block without using glue or piecing curves. The orange peel is a curved block that can be used to create a truly unique quilt. 

This project is scrap friendly and the orange peels can be sewn onto individual blocks which can be sewn together or onto premade items to create a mini wall hanging, tote bag, zipper pouch, or pillow. There are lots of possibilities!

What is our "Mini of the Month" series?

Learn a lifetime skill, not a project....each month will feature a mini quilt that can be hung on your wall, made into a pillow or a tote bag. All perfect to brighten up your day! Or perhaps, learn that 1 block and make it bigger for a throw, twin or king size quilt. It's up to you!
