Jump Into Sewing Series: Tote Bag

Have you been wanting to learn how to sew?  Or, maybe you learned to sew in school, but need a refresher so you can make some awesome things that you’ve been seeing all over social media! This class is for YOU! This is one of a series of skill building classes that will jump start you sewing all kinds of projects. 

We will start our sewing adventure by learning how to read a pattern and talk about good practices when using a sewing machine. Then, we’ll jump right into sewing and start making. During this class students will have successfully made a tote bag and have the skills needed to make other beginner projects. 

This class is designed for beginners, but knowledge of using a sewing machine is necessary. It is recommended that students have taken Machine Basics at Sew Magarbo, OR know how to use a sewing machine. Students will work at their own pace during class using studio machines.

• "Jump Into Sewing" book by Lee Chappell Monroe
• Other materials not included and must be purchased from Sew Magarbo to avoid confusions and mistakes. 10% discount provided off supplies! Come in and select your fabric from our extensive collection!
• Supply list and homework will be provided in the registration email
