Cancellation Policy

The $30 deposit is NON-Refundable and covers diagnostic fee + equated in service fee (BASE price $175). Same day cancellation and NO-Show forfeits the deposit. If one arrives 15 mins after scheduled appt., it is considered a "no show" and must be rescheduled. Please understand that no exception can be made. Your time slot was reserved especially for you and keeps us from seeing other clients. * additional parts &/or benchwork time may incur additional costs w/ consent of customer. ​
